About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth market research, competitor analysis, and customer behavior studies to support our clients’ business strategies.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights that enhance marketing performance, optimize service delivery, and identify new growth opportunities for businesses across various sectors such as trucking & logistics, medical billing, finance, real estate, and SaaS.
The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to convert complex data into clear strategic recommendations that drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and growth opportunities
- Perform competitor analysis and benchmarking
- Analyze customer behavior and purchasing patterns
- Develop research reports and strategic insights
- Support marketing and operations teams with data-driven recommendations
- Collect and interpret data using analytical tools
- Assist in business development strategy planning
- Monitor performance metrics and KPIs
- Present research findings to internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Proven experience in market research, data analysis, or business intelligence
- Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor analysis
- Excellent research and reporting skills
- Ability to work remotely and meet project deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
