About the Role
Xpress Global Tech is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our remote operations team. In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless support experience.
You will support businesses across various industries such as trucking & logistics, healthcare practices, real estate firms, finance companies, and e-commerce stores by delivering professional and timely assistance to their customers.
This position requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capability to handle customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive brand experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Resolve customer complaints and service issues promptly
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
- Escalate complex issues to relevant departments
- Provide product or service-related information to clients
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution
- Maintain service quality standards and response time targets
- Assist in onboarding new customers
- Generate daily support reports
Requirements
- Prior experience in customer service or call center operations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle inbound and outbound customer interactions
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Familiarity with CRM software and ticketing systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced remote environment
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts if required
